Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Website or make purchases. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity occurring under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Products & Services
We design, supply, and distribute hardware, workstations, laptops, servers, and related IT equipment and components. Product information, technical specifications, and images on the Website are provided for informational purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product.

Ordering & Payment
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email once your order is received and a separate dispatch confirmation when shipped. A contract is formed only upon dispatch. We accept payment methods shown at checkout. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping fees and import duties (if any) are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch (e.g. payment failure, stock issue, or pricing error). You will receive a full refund if cancelled.

Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g. courier or customs delays). Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery; ownership transfers once we receive full payment. For EU/UK consumers, delivery will occur within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period expires 14 days after the goods are received. To exercise this right, contact support@xumenterprise.com with your order details. If cancelled, we will refund all payments (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and handled only as necessary to inspect. Exclusions: custom-built or personalised computers, sealed software or components unsealed after delivery, or digital downloads once accessed.

Product Warranty
All hardware includes the standard manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated. Our warranty does not cover misuse, modification, or unauthorised repairs. Your statutory rights under UK and EU law remain unaffected.

Prices & Taxes
Prices may change without notice but not after an order is accepted. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. International buyers are responsible for import duties or taxes.

Intellectual Property
All Website content, including text, images, graphics, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by XUM Enterprise. You may not copy or distribute any content without written consent.

Acceptable Use
